excellent service

Recommend it for solo traveler on a budget

The check-in staff were really accommodating! I got a great bed and a decent shower, perfect after a long day of exploring. The rooftop restaurant wasn’t just a good view, the food was surprisingly tasty and well-priced.

But it wasn’t exactly affordable, though manageable.

The location was sweet as, just a short walk to the metro, but the hot water in the shower only worked once—had heaps of cold showers! The room was tidy and comfy though!

The location on Soi 20 is prime for hitting up local gems like Cabbages & Condoms and Marry me Kitchen nearby. I loved the spacious room, which made for a comfortable base to explore, and the staff were genuinely helpful!

I had some trouble with the A/C that wouldn't chill unless turned off completely, and the shower temperature was a bit of a rollercoaster. Still, I managed to enjoy my stay with a smile.

The location was super convenient. we enjoyed easy access to the Asok BTS and lots of dining options nearby. Exploring the vibrant scenes with my daughter was a highlight. The room size was decent, making it a good choice for families.

My wife says that we really missed having a breakfast menu on-site.

great location but small reception area

The location is superb, making it easy to explore the local area. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Our room was bright and spacious, providing excellent value for the price we paid. I enjoyed the quiet ambiance of the restaurant, where I found the food to be quite delicious. The late-night draught beer offered a nice touch after a long day.

I loved the cozy Superior King Room, and the rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after exploring. The hotel also has a great little spa and a relaxing outdoor lounge area, perfect for chilling out. One downside was the lack of laundry service, but that didn’t really spoil my experience. 😊

i had a great time at best western! the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the nearest bts and plenty of local food options. the staff were very friendly and the room was super comfortable, especially the bed. i especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, a nice area to unwind after exploring.
